These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you,

 Please read these Terms before you order from us. These Terms tell you who we are, how the products to get to you. Also, how we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other information. If you have any questions, please contact us by email.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not order any products from this website.

 How to place an order

You place an order on the Website by pressing the add to basket and then click the checkout button there for completing the process. By confirming your order, you are agreeing to purchase the product you have selected which shall be subject to these Terms.

 How we will accept your order

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at you and us then we are in contract.

There are some rules about content as set out below;

Content Rules mean no uploading of obscene, offensive or pornographic images. 

Images must not be used to misrepresent or cause a person any distress. Illegal subjects have to be avoided also no personal information of data even with permission. Any imagery used on our site that is deemed to use areas as above will be rejected automaticly.

You need to be 18 and over to place an order with us.

 Unexpected limits on our resources.

 We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment the contract will automatically stop but we will email you to make you aware.

 The delivery deadline you have specified may be too short for us to meet

The product is out of stock;

Your order otherwise breaches any of the requirements of these Terms.

We will send you an order confirmation, if you wish to order multiple items of the same use the quantity click and select for the amount required.

 OUR PRODUCTS

The cards are printed in the Uk using 100% recycled card they are all designed by Zartsky.

The images of the products -although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, Your product may appear to vary slightly from those images(on our Website) only varying slightly due to monitor lighting and differences. 

There are some cards where you can upload a photograph of your choosing.

If the product has an uploaded photo the content selected by you, it is a personalised product. Most cards on itsabouttime cards are not up loadable.

 Check the photo is as you require. Please double-check your order on screen and your acknowledgement email carefully to check the image is placed correctly before the purchase. We are not responsible for errors mad personally. There may be situations where your images may need to be modified to be excepted for example

cropping.

If you are uploading a photo, images must be in JPEG or PNG format. Any other versions may not work or be accepted. For image dimensions 1000 pixels are recommended please email if there are problems or arrange resizing personally.

Further rules on images.

No personal Data and private information must be used. It is not allowed to use people’s personal Identification information for example their address or phone number. When using someone else’s image/photo/information permission is required. This includes no use of any person’s intellectual property.

 Payment 

You can pay for your products using credit card, debit card, PayPal, any account credit, or any other payment method which we make available to you at the time of your order. Please note that we do not accept payments via American Express. VAT

Please note that promotional offers, discount codes and vouchers can only be applied to our specified products

Itsabouttimecards reserves the right to cancel, change or extend offers at any given time, without notice. Promotions cannot be backdated or applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

 What happens if we got the price wrong?

 What to do if you think your order confirmation receipt or invoice is wrong

If you think your order confirmation receipt or invoice is wrong, please contact the Customer Service Team promptly to let us know. The same applies for pricing errors of pricing queries,

 DISPATCH, DELIVERY AND PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS

The dispatch date is the date that we send the item, not the date that it is delivered.

During the order process, we will generally notify you of the dispatch dates available and the expected timeframe for receiving your order. However, We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times, unless a Special Delivery is requested (in which case we will guarantee the delivery date and time). We will make you aware of delivery charges (if any) before you place your order.

For orders that are accepted, unless we inform you otherwise in the order process, we will dispatch the product you have ordered within 5 days of the order.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the postal information you input for delivery is correct.

Currently sending to the European Union may come at an additional cost and also take significantly longer than usual for products this is regularly checked and will be more efficiently dealt with as soon as is possible.

Errors in the address may cause unnecessary delay and/or result in unsuccessful delivery of your items. 

Check that you have the correct UK postcode by using the Royal Mail's postcode finder available at www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode. Other postal services may offer a similar address checker.

Please contact itsabouttimecards so we can confirm delivery time and pricing. Particularly in relation to E.U countries as prices and timing of receiving our products are changeable at the present time,

 Delivery costs

We will notify you of the delivery cost at the checkout stage before you place your order.

Delivery costs are included in the price of our product forwarded but as stated above additional costs in relation to European countries will be passed to the purchaser. On these occasions, this information will be clearly stated on our Website or App.

Uk and items sent to Ireland are free postage,

We reserve the right to change the delivery costs at any time particularly to outside of the UK.

 Estimated delivery times for all UK orders are set out by the mailing companies that we use not ourselves.

Additional terms and conditions will be added for countries overseas,

If the product is a one-off purchase of digital content, such as an eCard, we will make the digital content available to the recipient immediately.

 We are not responsible for delays outside our control

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control inter you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. This would be events such as postal strikes, severe weather conditions that prohibit mail services or larger global events

 

 If the recipient is not at home when the product is delivered

We operate a "Leave Safe" policy. This means that the carrier will attempt delivery at the recipient's address,if no one is home they will attempt to leave the product with a neighbour/ nominated safe place. You may be able to collect the products from a local depot. We will communicate with you in such an event.

It will be your responsibility to re-arrange delivery or make arrangements for collection with the carrier. Instructions will be left at the time of attempted delivery.

A product which is goods shall be your responsibility from the time we deliver.

 Your rights if we suspend the supply of products

We may contact you to cancel your order and refund any sums you have paid. You may contact us to end the contract for a product if we suspend it. This may happen due to technical issues such as stock or postage issues or repeat problems with an address

Delivery outside the UK.

This applies to cards being delivered outside of the UK. In the event that we accept an order for delivery of a card outside of the United Kingdom import taxes levies, duties and satisfying any other regulatory requirements that may be in force in the relevant country of importation.

This may cause additional cost and significant delay in receiving the item. It is your responsibility to make the recipient aware as they may be asked to give addition funds in order to receive the item!

If we have to make significant changes to our products changes you will be notified.

If there’s a fault or if the items misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract. This may include a replacement item but it is dependent upon when and where the fault or flaw lies. For example, damage may have occurred during postage. We will assist you if there is any problem with your goods please let us know,

If there is a risk that supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control we will inform you and a refund and notification will be given.

  There is a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong. This includes errors, or faulty goods.

For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund.

This is dependent on the time scale as to whether you get a refund, if so you are required to send the item back with proof.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product your legal rights entitle you to consumer protection.

If you have questions or are unhappy with your order, please contact us on the Website by email. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. Please state if it is to do with the product, or delivery as we can look into this with mail services.

If we refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery cost, when the product is received. This will require proof of post.

Personalised Products

Can not be refunded if the fault lies with the image being faulty as it is your responsibility and it is required to check the image before purchase and print.

We will pay the costs of return if:

The products are faulty or misdescribed please communicate as soon as possible, we may require a photo of the item. This does not include personalised items-we cannot refund these.

Delay in delivery

We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods

The cost for delivery has to be reasonable as valued by average mail costings.

We may end the contract for a product at any time by writing to you if:

You do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you or the recipient or collect them from us/your local depot.

If we end the contract due to stock problem’s we will refund any money you have paid in advance for products we have not provided.

Our database content, layouts, design and other media content, and material, which includes the metadata relating to such content is covered by Copy right and is owned by Itsabouttimecards. This includes the cards design, Logo all information, wording and imagery.

Itsabouttimecrads is our registered trademark, and you agree not to display or use it in any manner without our prior written consent by consenting with the terms and conditions.

It is not allowed to copy or show in public the images and products on our Website. This includes creating derivative work from, any material, Content or IP owned by Itsabouttimecards .Written permission before using said images, logo, wording and alike is required and we reserve the right for you not to do so.

 If a user on the Website is found to be in breach of any of the above Terms and conditions, we reserve the right to suspend your account and all access to Itsabouttimecards Website. Also the right to remove reviews of our items and or Website.

If there are any changes, we will post the new version of terms on the Website which is reviewed regularly.

These Terms are governed by English law.
