Returns Policy

New Card and Paintings

1. We will go beyond 14 days policy by most of the competition and offer upto 20 days return policy in unused and seal unopened condition

2 Any return needs to be first informed by email to zartsky007@gmail.com . We will process refund only after inspection.

3. If device is faulty within 7 days will be repaired, exchanged or refunded upon inspection.

4. Accidental damage or damage due to incorrect handling / usage voids all warranty.

5. If the device has been opened by any third party your warranty is void.

6. Standard manufacturer warranty applies to all the brand new devices sold on our webshop

7. If goods returned under the pretext of faulty but is found non faulty we reserve right to refuse refund, charge restocking , adminitration fees , reshipping fees at out discretion

8. If orders are cancelled prior to or after despatch, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee to cover our order processing and administration costs.

 

Used / Refurbished devices 

1. We offer upto 21 days of return if you have changed your mind for any reason.

2. If faulty within 10 days will be repaired, exchanged or refunded post inspection by our team of technical experts.

3. Accidental damage voids all warranty.

4. If your device has been opened / attempt to repair by any third party your warranty is void.

5. Our range of Refurbished phones are offered with specific warranty , mentioned on sales receipt.

Eligibility to Purchase

To be eligible to purchase goods on www.itsabouttimecards.com and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under Irish law You must:

Refund

Refund if any will be processed within 2 working days of receiving customer returned goods to us.

It may take 4/5 working days for the refund to reflect in customer's bank account
